Happy Breast Reduction Mississauga, Periareolar Approach.

This 37 year old court reporter was suffering back and neck pain in association with large, hanging breasts. She had completed her family, and had lost significant weight, and was in fact close to ideal weight for her height and small frame, but her discomfort was persistent. Her bra cup size preoperatively was 38D. She underwent bilateral breast reduction in Mississauga with a periareolar and vertical incision. Liposuction was also applied. She had a wonderful result with breasts both smaller and sitting higher on the chest, and she reported significant reduction in neck and back discomfort post operatively. She used silicone sheeting on the incision site after surgery to promote healing. The excellent healing with a minimally visible scar is seen in the postoperative close up photo of the areola taken a number of months after surgery. She also attends the clinic for Restylane and microdermabrasion.
