This 42 year old felt that pregnancies and time had left her with small drooping breasts. With a bra cup size of 34 B she definitely wanted larger breasts. Toronto breast augmentation surgeon Dr. Weinberg explained at the initial consultation that she would require both a breast lift, due to the ptosis, or hanging, of her breasts, and that she would require breast implants. She opted for Natrelle 410 Cohesive silicone gel implants, 240 ccs, and underwent a subglandular placement with a “lolly pop” type incision, around the areola and down. Because there was some breast asymmetry, the right breast hanging lower than the left, a larger wedge shaped piece of breast tissue was removed from the lower part of the right breast. She is pictured here several weeks post procedure.  The incision scars will continue to fade and become less noticeable over the next several months.
