Toronto Mother Opts for Breast Implants and Lift.

This 38 year old mother of three wanted to look after her appearance after years of child rearing. She had started to get treatment with botox periodically, and liked the improvement, and at 5 foot 4 inches and 108 pounds, she was reasonably happy with her figure. However, breast feeding had taken a toll on her small breasts, which now seemed even smaller, at size 34A, and were also drooping. She wanted to be a large B/small C in cup size. She sought an opinion from Dr. Weinberg, who advised a breast augmentation with a breast lift. Toronto patients  often wish to raise the breasts higher on the chest wall, which can often be best achieved with a “ lolly pop” type of incision, around the areola and down, hidden beneath the breast. In a 3 hour surgery she had placement of moderate plus profile, round shaped, smooth cohesive gel implants, 339cc bilaterally, under the muscle . She was seen in follow up within a few days and had no complaints, and when seen again 6 weeks later she was healing well. She is pictured at 8 weeks. Scars will continue to fade over time.
